I’ve had all of the Tea Party insanity I can stomach. They now want a Constitutional Renaissance. What kind of horse @#$% is that?!
They want to revisit the 1st amendment, the 14th amendment, and states rights.
A Cincinnatilandlord who claimed a black girl’s hair products clouded an apartment complex’s swimming pool discriminated against the child by posting a poolside “White Only” sign, an Ohio civil rights panel said Thursday in upholding a previous finding. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission voted 4-0 against reconsidering its finding from last fall. There was no discussion.
The group found on Sept. 29 that Jamie Hein, who is white, violated the Ohio Civil Rights Act by posting the sign at a pool at the duplex where the teenage girl was visiting her parents.
The parents filed a discrimination charge with the commission and moved out of the duplex in the racially diverse city to “avoid subjecting their family to further humiliating treatment,” the commission said in a release announcing its finding.
Since my exams are finished and ive spent the good part of the last 6 weeks trying to stay on top of school work, I can finally get back to the editing phase and finish this short-film!

Red Queen’s Hypothesis
The Red Queen’s Hypothesis, also referred to as Red Queen, Red Queen’s race or Red Queen Effect, is an evolutionaryhypothesis. The term is taken from the Red Queen’s race in Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking-Glass. The Red Queen said, “It takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place.”[1] The Red Queen Principle can be stated thus:
In reference to an evolutionary system, continuing adaptation is needed in order for a species to maintain its relative fitnessamongst the systems being co-evolved with.[2]The hypothesis is intended to explain two different phenomena: the advantage of sexual reproduction at the level of individuals, and the constant evolutionary arms race between competing species. In the first (microevolutionary) version, by making every individual an experiment when mixing mother’s and father’s genes, sexual reproduction may allow a species to evolve quickly just to hold onto theecological niche that it already occupies in the ecosystem. In the second (macroevolutionary) version, the probability of extinction for groups (usually families) of organisms is hypothesized to be constant within the group and random among groups. Its counterpart is the Court Jester Hypothesis, which proposes that macroevolution is driven mostly by abiotic events and forces.
edit the photos for quality and the some stills are placeholders right now where I will use the last frames of the video clips as the actual stills… im also considering labeling the location of the moving stills… ABQ!
